Shared Solutions America is a national non-profit organization and Resource Center for education, technology, and funding alternatives for seniors and people of all ages with disabilities

Our organization has over four decades of extensive experience in product design, and all aspects of planning, design and construction of both new and existing living and working environments. We are dedicated to showing adults age 50+ and people of all ages with disabilities how to apply the principles of Universal & Accessible Design in both new and existing living environments to make them more user-friendly, safe and esthetically pleasing.

Our mission is to help people better understand how to build new homes and make changes to existing homes incorporating special features that will help all family members perform daily living tasks more efficiently and enjoyably…and assure independent and safe living through all stages of life! We hope that this new website will help accomplish our goal.

We are also the Universal Design featured Livable Homes Consultant for AARP as the developer & coordinator of the highly successful AARP National Event Housing Pavilion.
